The Windows-only VisualText IDE (versions 1, 2 and 3) was retired when NLP++ and the NLP Engine went open source in 2018. The installers are no longer distributed, and these versions are unsupported.
Use this instead: the NLP++ Language Extension for VS Code — Windows, macOS and Linux, actively developed. See what’s new in version 3, or get the source at github.com/VisualText.

VisualText 2 (VT2) was the original downloadable VisualText IDE, released by Text Analysis International for Windows 7 and later. It was distributed as a Windows installer and is no longer available.
VT2 was superseded by VisualText 3, and both were retired in favour of the cross-platform VS Code extension after the technology went open source in 2018.
